Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a B2B client portfolio
  • Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities
  • Present and negotiate commercial offers adapted to the needs of clients
  • Follow up on sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Retain customers by maintaining lasting and professional relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales administration, marketing) to ensure service quality
  • Participate in commercial actions and specific promotions
  • Monitor performance indicators and contribute to commercial reporting

  • Successful experience in B2B commerce, ideally in the automotive sector or spare parts
  • Dynamic, autonomous and results-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Organized and methodical in customer follow-up
