Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and invoices
  • Follow up on customer orders
  • Communicate with other departments of the company
  • Update customer files
  • Respond to customer requests and problems
  • Follow up on payments
  • Participate in sales monitoring and reporting
  • Receipt and reading of customer specifications

Skills:

  • Good command of communication techniques, customer relations, sense of service.
  • Mastery of office automation tools
  • Organized, rigorous, able to manage several files simultaneously, and to meet strict deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • License (Bac +3) or Master (Bac +5) ideally in commercial management, international trade, business management, marketing, or industrial management.
  • Additional training or internships in commercial back office, sales administration or logistics will be appreciated.
  • Very good level of French orally and in writing.
  • English is highly desirable.
