Position:
Sales Cards Expert Product Strategy & Portfolio Growth

Summary:
As a Sales Cards Expert Product Strategy & Portfolio Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies for credit and prepaid card portfolios, driving end-to-end product launches and revamps based on market insights, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to grow the active user base, monitoring and analyzing portfolio KPIs, and liaising with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations for seamless integration and support.

Responsibilities:
Own and lead product strategy for credit and prepaid card portfolios.
Drive end-to-end product launches and revamps based on market insights.
Work with Marketing and Sales to craft acquisition campaigns and grow active user base.
Monitor and analyze portfolio KPIs (spend, activation, attrition, profitability).
Liaise with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations for seamless integration and support.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking roles, preferably in commercial or business banking.
Deep understanding of card products, customer journeys, and market trends.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and technology platforms (e.g., card management systems).
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
