What does success look like in this role?
- Lead and develop the Commercial Team for our Egypt business. (Team of 9).
- Retain and grow business by building strong client relationships and delivering inspirational insights.
- Drive future growth by identifying strategic opportunities and championing our services.
- Manage annual revenue budgets, identify growth opportunities, and ensure targets are met.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, focusing on development, coaching, and career progression.

Desired Candidate Profile
You will have the following experience:
- Demonstrated success in autonomously leading a commercial business unit.
- Excellent client-handling skills, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in market research, preferably consumer panels.
- Outstanding data analysis skills or solid understanding of consumer data.
- Strong track record in team management, engagement, and development, especially in times of transformation.
