The Role of Commercial Director:
Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking a Commercial Director to join our team and help shape its future.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
The Commercial Director oversees all commercial activities with the support of teams including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations. This leadership role focuses on all Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to ensure strategies yield optimal performance while supporting the overall brand strategy.
In collaboration with your General Manager, you will provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual commercial plan and budget process, analyzing the property s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs to attract business, developing marketing programs, managing hotel presence and content across all communication channels, developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PR Director.

Our Ideal Commercial Director candidate will have:
Sales and marketing experience in the luxury segment with strong revenue and budget management skills, exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with your team and your stakeholders.
A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences; the ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; have an exceptional eye for detail, and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel.
