Commercial Director (Exhibitions)

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue
* Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise event performance
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior commercial/sales leadership role within exhibitions or events (mandatory)
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
* Experience operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments
