Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy covering both local and international markets, aligned with the Group s growth objectives.
  • Lead all sales operations across subsidiaries, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Oversee and unify all marketing, branding, and media activities, including traditional, digital, and promotional channels to strengthen the Group s identity and visibility.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and guide product development and innovation.
  • Drive the penetration of new markets regionally and internationally by establishing partnerships, distribution channels, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in both Egypt and abroad.
  • Direct the Group s public and media presence, ensuring consistent, professional, and impactful communication across all social media and public platforms.
  • Define and implement a clear marketing and media vision that enhances brand equity and aligns with the company s strategic direction.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance using data-driven KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment between operational capabilities and commercial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all commercial dealings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in commercial management, sales, or marketing, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.

  • Proven success managing multi-company or group-level commercial operations, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong experience in export development and international market expansion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, product positioning, and trend-based product development.
  • Demonstrated capability in brand strategy, media direction, and digital marketing transformation.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and strong business acumen in dynamic and competitive markets.
