Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving the market toward its commercial KPIs and ensuring effective day-to-day coordination between the stakeholders. The role combines execution, leadership, and representation, and is central to the success of the Saudi launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive commercial performance and KPIs
Identify and resolve execution challenges across product, marketing, onboarding, and operations
Lead business development, partnerships, and local commercial initiatives
Represent the business confidently with:
o Institutional stakeholders
o Strategic partners
o Influencers, media, and ecosystem participants
Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between Audi and Amana toward shared commercial outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Arabic and English
Background in modern FinTech, digital financial services, brokerage, or trading
Strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution capability
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
