Roles & Responsibilities
Selling event services such as exhibition spaces, and ensuring the commercial relationship before, during and after each event.
- Prospecting, needs analysis, and proposal development.
- Client portfolio management: follow-up, appointments, customer loyalty.
- Participation in event projects: coordination, presence at events.
- Negotiation and contracting: quotes, contracts, payments.
- Market intelligence and commercial strategy: market analysis, opportunities.
- Good sales and negotiation techniques.
- My proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, CRM).
- Knowledge of the event industry.
- Understanding customer needs and the ability to propose suitable solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Perseverance, autonomy and dynamism.
- Team spirit and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
