Roles & Responsibilities

Selling event services such as exhibition spaces, and ensuring the commercial relationship before, during and after each event.

  • Prospecting, needs analysis, and proposal development.
  • Client portfolio management: follow-up, appointments, customer loyalty.
  • Participation in event projects: coordination, presence at events.
  • Negotiation and contracting: quotes, contracts, payments.
  • Market intelligence and commercial strategy: market analysis, opportunities.
  • Good sales and negotiation techniques.
  • My proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, CRM).
  • Knowledge of the event industry.
  • Understanding customer needs and the ability to propose suitable solutions.
