Accountabilities:

  • Partner closely with BU Directors to advise on strategy, translate ambition into execution plans and define measurable KPIs that track impact.
  • Support product launches and lifecycle management by aligning commercial insights, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Monitor sales performance, targets versus achievements and market share, using IQVIA, Veeva CRM and dashboards to generate robust insights.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses that clarify issues, highlight opportunities and support confident decision-making.
  • Take full ownership of Sales Force Incentives: design and maintain SOPs, define governance and rules, manage approval processes and perform quarterly incentive calculations with rigorous validation.
  • Work with Finance and HR to ensure accurate, timely payouts and transparent communication. Own demand forecasting, leading monthly, quarterly and annual cycles, running best and worst-case scenarios and aligning with Supply Chain and Finance to improve forecast accuracy over time.
  • Manage IQVIA reporting for assigned business units, analyzing market share, competitor activity and performance trends, then converting findings into practical recommendations. Support omnichannel strategy execution by measuring customer engagement effectiveness, optimizing campaign performance and improving ROI.
  • Track competitors, market trends and the treatment landscape to inform strategic positioning and access decisions. Collaborate across functions to connect insights, challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement!
  • Deliver insights that directly impact KPIs such as sales growth, market share, forecast accuracy, incentive calculation quality, sales force productivity and campaign ROI.
