Roles & Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive omni-channel pricing and promotional strategy to enhance revenue and maximize profitability and market positioning.

  • Implement advanced commercial analytics and predictive models to guide business decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Establish performance and incentive structures that align teams with commercial and operational KPIs.

  • Integrated Business Planning & Operational Execution:

  • Own the IBP and S&OP processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.

  • Translate commercial imperatives into actionable, channel-specific execution plans for both field and digital units.

  • Create and lead strategies for product presentation, space layout, and visual merchandising based on customer insights and category strategies.

  • Supply and Inventory Excellence:

  • Oversee the entire demand and supply planning lifecycle, ensuring product availability and stable supply.

  • Develop and execute an inventory plan that balances service availability with working capital utilization and enhances supply chain resilience.

  • Optimize replenishment flows and logistics between distribution centers and both digital and physical points of sale.

  • Leadership Across Functions and Team Transformation:

  • Foster strategic and operational alignment across the Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance teams.

  • Cultivate a world-class culture of process innovation, enhancing planning and operational flow.

  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams focused on Commercial Operations, Planning, and Analytics.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior roles within commercial operations, revenue generation, integrated planning, or supply chain leadership in fast-paced retail, FMCG markets, or omni-channel consumer businesses.

  • Proven success in developing pricing strategies, commercial plans, and scalable processes.

  • Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and integration of commercial and supply chain planning (IBP/S&OP).

  • Significant experience in shaping customer journeys through space planning, visual merchandising, and retail standards.
