Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners

Support the preparation and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and pricing

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors

Track sales performance and analyze commercial data to generate reports

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions in CRM systems

Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs

Support and guide junior commercial team members when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Solid understanding of business profitability and market trends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Strong organizational and time management skills unities
