Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, hospitals, training centers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive B2B and B2C sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation qualification follow-up closing.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM updates.
Commercial Strategy
- Support the creation of pricing plans, offers, bundles, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in forecasting revenue and monitoring performance KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products (e.g., courses, digital apps, subscriptions).
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Handle renewals, expansions, and after-sales support.
- Resolve client issues promptly alongside support teams.
Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns that support commercial goals.
- Develop targeted messaging for specific client segments (doctors, hospitals, universities, partners).
- Support event participation, sponsorships, and on-ground activations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly commercial performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
- Maintain updated records of deals, offers, and client agreements.
Product & Market Feedback
- Collect feedback from clients and market stakeholders.
- Communicate product improvement suggestions to the product and operations teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Negotiation are a plus.
Experience
- Years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles (B2B or B2C) are a plus.
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or SaaS industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good understanding of commercial cycles, pricing, and proposals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (KPIs, pipeline tracking).
- High proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and business tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
