Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all documents are available as per SOP to verify customer claims for various market activities.

Monitoring and updating all contracts signed with customers, and to tally any deductions made by the customer is as per terms and conditions of the contract

Reconcile Vendor Adjustment accounts, and submit weekly reports to FP&A

Ensuring that credit notes are issued within the stipulated timeframe

Coordinate with AR & Sales Team to close almost all pending issues
