Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial actions and the development of the business and Deployment of the commercial strategy of the company.
- Follow up on prospects and customers
- Develop and build customer loyalty
- Prospect for new customers (telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn)
- Identify needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Ensure during the period of its activity the smooth running of commercial operations (prospecting and sales).
- Perform a periodic check during the exercise of its activity of all operations in order to detect any errors in quotes, offers and contracts in order to obtain a zero error risk.
- Confidentiality with regard to information in relation to the exercise of its activity.
- Update the monitoring tables and commercial reporting
- Analyze the market and identify business opportunities
- Prepare technical and financial offers in coordination with the services concerned
- Participate in calls for tenders and consultations
- Ensure regular reporting to Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual commitments
- Participate in strategic and commercial meetings
- Represent the company at trade shows, meetings and negotiations
- Follow the competition and propose improvement actions
- Prepare technical and financial offers in coordination with the services concerned
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +4
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
