Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new clients and concluding sales
- Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Developing turnover
- Ensuring product promotion and promoting the company's brand image.
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers.
- Negotiating commercial terms and concluding sales.
- Retaining existing customers and maintaining trusting relationships.
- Regularly reporting commercial activity (visits, sales, forecasts).
- Ensuring competitive intelligence and following up on calls for tenders in the sector.
Skills:
- Analytical and synthetic mind
- Ability to convince, finalize and conclude
- Dynamism and ease during interviews with clients
- Listening skills and proactive temperament
- Relational qualities and a sense of customer service
- Knowledge of the market and competition
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the BTPH sector (Building, Public Works, Hydraulics).
- Bac +3 or Brevet in commerce, commercial management, marketing or equivalent field.
