Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients and concluding sales
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Developing turnover
  • Ensuring product promotion and promoting the company's brand image.
  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding sales.
  • Retaining existing customers and maintaining trusting relationships.
  • Regularly reporting commercial activity (visits, sales, forecasts).
  • Ensuring competitive intelligence and following up on calls for tenders in the sector.

  • Analytical and synthetic mind
  • Ability to convince, finalize and conclude
  • Dynamism and ease during interviews with clients
  • Listening skills and proactive temperament
  • Relational qualities and a sense of customer service
  • Knowledge of the market and competition

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the BTPH sector (Building, Public Works, Hydraulics).
  • Bac +3 or Brevet in commerce, commercial management, marketing or equivalent field.
