Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets per customer on a daily basis.
Manage and handle the client portfolio (orders, collections, payments, etc.)
Maintaining constant contact with clients in order to nurture and build customer loyalty.
Keep customers informed daily of all special offers and product availability as well as sales activities.
Ensure that customer disputes are handled by the relevant department and escalate the most complex cases to the supervisor.
Report and transmit relevant information to superiors (late customer, block the customer, unblock the customer).
Aim for continuous improvement of performance by constantly monitoring the dashboards made available to it.
Profile
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
Experience of at least one (01) year.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commercial fiber.
