Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute leasing strategies for commercial and retail properties.
Identify potential tenants, generate leads, and build relationships with key retailers and corporate clients.
Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and contract conditions with prospective tenants.
Monitor and manage lease renewals, amendments, and rental escalations.
Oversee the preparation of all leasing documentation in coordination with the legal department.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to maintain competitive rental rates and occupancy strategies.
Prepare and present leasing forecasts, rental income projections, and occupancy reports to the CDO.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and property positioning.
Manage tenant onboarding processes, including handovers and fit-out coordination.
Resolve tenant-related issues and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Maintain a tenant database and leasing CRM system for tracking leads, negotiations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure leasing feedback is incorporated into project planning.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand the company s tenant network.
Monitor leasing KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
Ensure all lease agreements comply with company policies and local regulations.
Manage relationships with real estate brokers and external leasing agencies.
Coordinate with property management for tenant communication and property operations alignment.
Review and analyze lease performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
Lead lease renewal negotiations and tenant retention programs.
Contribute to the commercial business development strategy with market insights and leasing intelligence
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or Marketing.
2. Master s degree in business administration (MBA) or Real Estate Development is preferred.
3. Professional certifications in commercial real estate leasing (ICSC, RICS, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience:
1. Minimum 10 12 years of experience in commercial leasing within real estate development or retail property management.
2. Proven track record in negotiating complex lease agreements and achieving high occupancy rates.
3. Strong network of contacts in retail, corporate, and commercial real estate markets.
