Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and understand competitor offerings in the El Gouna retail market.

2. Assist in the initial outreach and qualification of prospective tenants.

3. Prepare and organize leasing materials, including property information, presentations, and proposal documents.

4. Assist in the preparation of lease proposals and follow-up with prospective tenants.

5. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the leasing process.

6. Maintain and update the leasing database and tracking systems.

7. Participate in property viewings.

8. Assist in the preparation of internal reports on leasing activities.

9. Develop a basic understanding of lease agreements and related legal documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with the El Gouna area is an advantage. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and learn quickly.
