Your role

• Oversee all commercial operations for facility management projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Manage contract administration, including vendor and client agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective commercial strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for FM projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory standards across all service lines.
• Drive risk management initiatives to minimize exposure and safeguard company interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality commercial outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.
