Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is critical in driving the company’s financial performance, managing commercial strategy, and overseeing contractual and pricing activities. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment and contribute strategically to sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


· Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive profitability and market growth

· Lead price negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

· Review, draft, and manage contracts, tenders, and commercial proposals

· Monitor project costs, margins, variations, and commercial risks

· Work closely with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure commercial alignment

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering

· Manage client relationships and support business development initiatives

· Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE commercial regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

· Currently based in the UAE(mandatory)

· Strong industry background in water filtration, swimming pools, and water treatment systems

· Proven expertise in pricing strategies, tendering, and commercial negotiations

· Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in contracts, claims, variations, and commercial agreements

· Engineering background is highly preferred

· Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); strong command of English

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
