Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives and drive product growth.
Monitor the sales team s performance, establishing clear targets and KPIs while making strategic decisions to enhance sales strategies.
Oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, advertising, promotions, and product launches.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for informed strategic decisions.
Monitor financial performance metrics and develop cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with product development, operations, and supply chain teams for timely product launches and deliveries.
Create accurate sales forecasts to facilitate effective inventory management and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, conducting regular training and performance evaluations.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends to the General Manager, providing actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; identify and mitigate potential risks.
Seek innovation opportunities in sales and marketing processes, leveraging technology for improved efficiency.
Manage the marketing budget to maximize resource allocation and ROI.
Engage with stakeholders, including suppliers and industry associations, to promote collaboration and strategic alliances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role, preferably within the food manufacturing or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
