Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Set and manage annual sales, revenue, and margin targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and margin optimization
  • Manage and guide sales teams to achieve performance targets across all channels (retail, B2B, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.)
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion initiatives
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Oversee tender processes and ensure commercial compliance and profitability
  • Align sales efforts with trade marketing and promotional activities
  • Track commercial performance, including P&L, cost-to-sales, and campaign ROI
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to drive capability and results
  • Promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
  • Proven success in delivering sales growth, margin improvement, and market expansion
  • Strong skills in pricing, forecasting, and contract negotiation
  • Solid understanding of trade marketing and multi-channel sales execution
  • Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
