Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Set and manage annual sales, revenue, and margin targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Lead pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and margin optimization
- Manage and guide sales teams to achieve performance targets across all channels (retail, B2B, e-commerce, healthcare, etc.)
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion initiatives
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Oversee tender processes and ensure commercial compliance and profitability
- Align sales efforts with trade marketing and promotional activities
- Track commercial performance, including P&L, cost-to-sales, and campaign ROI
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to drive capability and results
- Promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles
- Proven success in delivering sales growth, margin improvement, and market expansion
- Strong skills in pricing, forecasting, and contract negotiation
- Solid understanding of trade marketing and multi-channel sales execution
- Experience managing key accounts and distributor relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
