Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential partners using a mix of traditional and digital channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry events.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own individual revenue targets that contribute to the larger regional targets. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships (sponsors, brands, media) with a focus on long-term value and recurring revenue.

  • Market Intelligence & Lead Qualification: Use market research tools, digital analytics platforms, and competitive benchmarking to identify and qualify high-potential leads.

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM database to ensure accurate segmentation, pipeline visibility, and effective partner targeting.
