Roles & Responsibilities
The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving business growth, maximizing revenue, and overseeing commercial operations. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives while maintaining profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 8 - 15 years of experience in construction, with strong GCC exposure
- Proven experience in commercial management and contract administration
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, and project profitability
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
