Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels.
- Utilize marketing automation, CRM tools, and data analytics to track and refine campaign performance.
- Develop segmentation strategies to target the right audience and improve conversion rates.
Monitoring, Analysis & Insights:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain and refine lead scoring models to enhance lead quality.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify key areas for lead generation efforts.
- Ensure marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and business goals.
- Share insights and recommendations to refine sales outreach strategies.
Data Management & Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new lead opportunities.
- Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) to generate insights.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop engaging lead gen strategies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
- Proven experience in lead generation, data and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification criteria and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the exhibition industry trends, key players, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
