Roles & Responsibilities
- To welcome, inform, advise and build customer loyalty.
- Receiving or making calls from clients or prospects in order to help establish or maintain the business relationship
- To monitor orders, contracts and deliveries.
- To negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Analyze the market and identify new opportunities.
- Knowing how to manage stress.
- To meet with clients and prospects in order to sell them a product or service that meets their needs.
- Advise the client and offer them a personalized and tailored offer to stand out from the competition.
- To approach potential clients.
- Negotiate the prices.
- Develop strategies to boost sales.
- Manage the client portfolio.
- To provide commercial follow-up with the client in order to build customer loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hold a university degree or advanced technical diploma.
- To be welcoming, smiling, friendly, and to have good diction.
- Being attentive to the customer.
- Must have good resistance to failure.
- Knowing how to manage stress.
