Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of commercial strategies for Dupixent anchor & new indication launches across KSA regions
- Lead field-based implementation of launch strategies with focus on rapid market penetration and adoption in KSA
- Develop and execute targeted engagement plans for KSA top-tier KOLs to drive advocacy and clinical adoption
- Translate global launch strategies into actionable KSA field plans with clear KPIs and success metrics
- Analyze KSA market dynamics and provide real-time field insights to optimize launch performance
- Spearhead upskilling initiatives for the KSA field team, focusing on modern commercial capabilities and new indication, LEX expertise
- Conduct field-based coaching and mentoring to enhance KSA team capabilities in KOL engagement and launch execution
- Foster an agile working culture that emphasizes field autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning
- Drive the adoption of new ways of working (NOW) across the KSA field network
- Implement on-the-job training programs for new indication positioning and clinical messaging
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with KSA top-tier KOLs across therapeutic areas relevant to Dupixent indications
- Design and execute KOL engagement strategies that drive clinical advocacy and peer-to-peer influence within KSA
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between KSA KOLs and internal commercial teams
- Monitor KOL sentiment and feedback to inform launch strategies and tactical adjustments
- Act as a strategic field connector between KSA commercial teams and cross-functional partners
- Lead cross-functional field projects to enhance customer experience and launch impact in KSA market
- Facilitate field-based collaboration and knowledge sharing across KSA regions
- Provide field intelligence and customer insights from KSA to headquarters teams
- Establish and monitor KSA field performance metrics that align with Take the Lead behaviors and launch objectives
- Leverage real-time field data and customer feedback to drive decision-making
- Ensure transparent performance tracking and regular communication of field results
- Create visibility around KSA field team achievements and celebrate launch milestones
