Roles & Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Define and execute the commercial strategy for personal finance products to drive market share.
  • P&L Ownership: Own the P&L, revenue targets, pricing models, and customer segment strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics including ARPU, CLV, CAC, and conversion rates to propose growth initiatives.
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with Digital Product and Analytics teams to align technical capabilities with revenue drivers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product offerings strictly adhere to SAMA regulations, legal requirements, and financial standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in product or commercial roles within strong>Fintech or Banking/strong>.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Fintech, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master s is a plus).
  • Skills: Proven success in revenue-generating environments and strong knowledge of personal finance trends.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in strong>Arabic and English/strong>.
  • Availability: Must be currently based strong>inside Saudi Arabia/strong>.
