Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and investment goals are met.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the commercial real estate sector.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing a variety of commercial property options tailored to their requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to expand the company s commercial property portfolio.

Coordinate and schedule property viewings, site visits, and meetings between clients and property owners.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details using internal CRM systems.

Stay updated on local zoning laws, property regulations, and market conditions affecting commercial real estate.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and after-sales support.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of commercial real estate products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

Up to 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, property sales, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the real estate market.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
