Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reception, advice and guidance of clients (individuals, pharmacies, parapharmacies, beauty institutes).
  • Presentation of parapharmaceutical products: dermocaustic, hygiene, body care, supplements, light medical equipment.
  • Making sales at the counter and presenting products according to customer needs.
  • Customer portfolio management and loyalty building.
  • Receiving, stocking shelves, quality control and monitoring of expiry dates.
  • My mastery of sales techniques and customer service.
  • Good level of oral communication.
