Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels.
  • develop quotes and commercial proposals based on the needs expressed by customers.

Monitoring and loyalty:

  • Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Develop relationships of trust with existing customers to encourage their loyalty.

Support commercial :

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales actions and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of commercial offers.

Performance analysis:

  • Monitor commercial performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
  • Produce reports on business activity and results achieved.

Competitive monitoring:

  • Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about developments in the products and services offered by the company.
  • Required Skills:

Techniques :

  • Good command of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Skills in quoting and negotiating.

Personal:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Organization, rigor and autonomy in task management.

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales position, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
