Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Commercial Development
- Identify and prospect new BtoB clients in the industrial sector (manufacturers, subcontractors, distributors, etc.).
- Develop sales of adhesives and technical products.
- Detect new opportunities with existing customers.
- Present the appropriate solutions according to industrial needs and applications.
Customer Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of active customers and ensure regular follow-up (calls, reminders, quotes, orders).
- Maintain a lasting business relationship based on trust and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure contract renewals and follow-up of deliveries with the logistics department.
Commercial Offers and Negotiation
- Draft and send quotes, commercial offers and technical sheets.
- Negotiate commercial conditions in compliance with the pricing policy.
- Follow up on proposals and follow up on purchase decisions until the order.
Technical Support and Coordination
- Advise customers on products (technical adhesives, bonding solutions, compatibilities).
- Collaborate with technical teams and the production department to respond to specific requests.
- Ensure the link between internal departments: field sales, technical, logistics and accounting.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Keep the CRM up to date (follow-up of calls, quotes, orders, reminders).
- Analyze sales, margins and commercial performance.
- Participate in commercial meetings and propose development actions.
Required Skills Technical and commercial
- Excellent mastery of distance selling (telephone, video, mail).
- Knowledge of the industrial sector and adhesive or technical products.
- Ability to understand the technical needs of customers.
- Mastery of office and CRM tools (ex.: Excel, Hubspot, Odoo, etc.).
- Good understanding of BtoB purchasing processes.
