Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming, advising, and guiding clients on travel offers.
- Offer suitable packages (ticketing, days, tours, hotels).
- Manage reservations, confirmations and payments.
- Prepare quotes and commercial offers.
- To monitor client files until departure.
- Participate in customer loyalty and manage complaints.
- Promote new products and promotional offers.
- Maintain up-to-date databases and sales reports.
- Excellent sales and customer relations skills.
- Good knowledge of the tourism sector and destinations.
- Proficiency with booking software (GDS, booking).
- Experience in a travel agency preferred.
- Neat presentation, dynamism and a sense of service.
