Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and manage corporate accounts and fleet customers
- Prepare fleet offers, quotations, and proposals aligned with company strategy
- Identify new business opportunities within the commercial vehicles sector
- Build long-term partnerships with key clients and business stakeholders
- Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and performance reports
- Ensure full alignment with company policies, pricing, and sales processes
- Support the team in negotiations, presentations, and field visits
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and aftersales teams for seamless customer experience
