Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
- Identify needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Presenting the different product ranges
- Prepare and send quotes (WhatsApp / Email)
- Monitor orders with suppliers
- Coordinate delivery and assembly
- Managing communication with clients (calls, messages, social media)
- Follow up on files until completion and payment
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Training in business, management or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer relations is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs
- Sense of organization and prioritization
- Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- My proficiency with communication tools (WhatsApp, email)
