Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team in order to achieve the set objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop commercial strategies adapted to the Algerian market and the specific needs of major accounts.

Analyze sales performance and propose corrective actions to optimize results.

Provide training, coaching and monitoring of team members to strengthen their skills.

Collaborate closely with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure a consistent and competitive offering.

To actively participate in complex commercial negotiations and the conclusion of important contracts.

Provide regular reports to management on sales trends and development prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree (LMD) or Bac +3 in business, management or similar field.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in key account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions.

Proficiency in computer tools and CRM software.

Team spirit, organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities.

Good knowledge of the Algerian market and the specificities of the local commercial sector.

Fluency in French is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
