Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the field sales team

  • Set and track sales targets
  • Develop and retain the customer portfolio
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Provide support and training for sales representatives
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures
  • Ensure a regular field presence in the East and West sectors

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in business, marketing or equivalent

Proven experience in a similar position

Good knowledge of the eastern and western sectors of Algiers

Leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
