Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the field sales team
- Set and track sales targets
- Develop and retain the customer portfolio
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Provide support and training for sales representatives
- Ensure compliance with commercial procedures
- Ensure a regular field presence in the East and West sectors
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in business, marketing or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the eastern and western sectors of Algiers
- Leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Availability for field placements
