Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients and concluding sales
- Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Developing turnover
- Promoting products and promoting the company's brand image
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers
- Negotiating commercial terms and concluding sales
- Retaining existing customers and maintaining trusting relationships
- Regularly reporting on commercial activity (visits, sales, forecasts)
- Ensuring competitive intelligence and monitoring calls for tenders in the sector
- Analytical and synthetic spirit
- Ability to convince, finalize and conclude
- Dynamism and ease during interviews with clients
- Listening skills and proactive temperament
- Relational qualities and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the market and competition
- Three years of experience preferably in the BTPH field
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the BTPH sector (Building, Public Works, Hydraulics)
- Bac +3 or Brevet in commerce, commercial management, marketing or equivalent field

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, sales management, marketing or a related field
