Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business development
Actively prospect for new clients (points of sale, distributors)
Identify market opportunities on the ground
Implement an effective tour plan
Management and monitoring of the client portfolio
Developing and retaining an existing portfolio
Ensure regular follow-up with clients
Maintaining a long-term business relationship
Sales and negotiation
Present and promote the products in the range
Negotiating commercial terms
Closing sales and achieving set objectives
Performance tracking
Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Ensure regular reporting of activity (visits, sales, field feedback)
Analyze performance and propose corrective actions
Brand representation
To ensure a good image of the company on the ground
Ensure product visibility at customer sites
Gather market information (competition, trends)
Commercial training preferred (not mandatory if solid experience)
Minimum experience in a similar position
Experience in the cosmetics industry is an asset
Sales and negotiation techniques
Field prospecting
Client portfolio management
Good knowledge of the geographical area
Sense of interpersonal skills
Spirit of persuasion
Autonomy and organization
Dynamism and motivation
Results orientation
Personal vehicle required
Mobility across the entire area (Algiers, Boumerdès, Blida, Tipaza)
Availability for frequent travel
Increase in turnover in the assigned area
