Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the company's sales manager, you will join our sales team for individual customers. You will be at the heart of the development of this new distribution channel through the execution of the following tasks in the dental sector (by telephone):

  • You will be responsible for following up on incoming leads assigned to you: vehicle presentations, recommendations, follow-ups, and monitoring of financing applications;
  • You deploy a sales pitch that allows you to present our vehicles effectively and relevantly;
  • You manage the entirety of our commercial process (negotiation, signing, sale of complementary products) up to the order taking;
  • You are contributing to the growth of a new sales channel that is digitizing the distribution of used vehicles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Sense of organization and rigor;
  • Mastery of office tools (G Suite in particular);
  • Dynamic, proactive and curious are qualities that are recognized in you with a great open-mindedness;
  • Autonomy doesn't scare you;
  • Experience in the automotive industry or in an administrative department is a plus;
  • With a background in sales training or experience, you have a very strong customer/service orientation and excellent commercial negotiation skills;
  • You know how to reassure your interlocutor, convince and close sales;
  • You like challenges, pushing yourself, and you don't see goals as a milestone to reach but as something to pass through;
  • You have undeniable interpersonal skills on the phone, an affinity for the automotive sector with a start-up mindset;
