Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue

- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them to generate new business opportunities

- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial vehicles sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicles market in Egypt
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
