Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking for continental cuisine.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and meal service.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards as per restaurant requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Experience in continental cuisine within a casual or fine dining restaurant.
  • Good English communication skills.
