Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing & cooking international cuisine dishes.
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
  • Support senior chefs in kitchen operations.
  • Maintain hygiene & food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock storage & rotation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • 2 3 years of experience in international cuisine in hotels or restaurants.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Male & Female candidates can apply.
