Commi III Butcher
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to menu and restaurant standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat products.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards while handling meat and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory, receiving stock, and proper storage of meat.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area at all times.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Not specified
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butcher in Fine or Casual Dining
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
    • Ability to converse in English is required
  • Other: Company provides Duty Meal, Accommodation & Transportation allowance.
