Commi III Butcher
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to menu and restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of meat products.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards while handling meat and equipment.
- Assist with inventory, receiving stock, and proper storage of meat.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area at all times.
- Qualification: Not specified
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butcher in Fine or Casual Dining
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
- Ability to converse in English is required
- Other: Company provides Duty Meal, Accommodation & Transportation allowance.
- Performance Bonus: KD 25 (Calculated Monthly, Paid Quarterly)
