Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes.
  • Maintain food presentation and portion control.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Support chefs in menu preparation and kitchen operations.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star / 4-star hotel or fine dining property.
  • Should be able to converse in English.
