Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain food presentation and portion control.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Support chefs in menu preparation and kitchen operations.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star / 4-star hotel or fine dining property.
- Should be able to converse in English.
