Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist senior chefs in daily food preparation and cooking activities

2. Prepare mise en place as per kitchen requirements

3. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as Commis I or similar role

• Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred

• Knowledge of international cuisine (Asian / Continental / Arabic preferred)

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
