What You ll Do

* Assist in preparing ingredients and mise-en-place for daily operations.

* Support the culinary team in food preparation and service execution.
* Follow proper food handling and hygiene procedures.
* Attend daily briefings and participate in scheduled training sessions.
* Communicate politely and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
* Report any guest feedback or operational concerns to the supervisor.
* Ensure kitchen equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained.
* Follow hotel guidelines related to grooming, safety, and food quality.
