Commis 2 (Colleagues Kitchen) InterContinental

No two days are alike, but you ll mostly be:

• Assist in preparing and cooking daily meals for colleagues in line with menus and schedules.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Support the Chef de Partie in buffet preparation, portion control, and food presentation.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, rotated, and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the colleagues kitchen.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Take on additional tasks as required, showing flexibility and teamwork.
